Published listings appear on pointrealtor.com when they exist. The listings page says published Belize listings only, and that Florida stays on the waitlist. Its description says Lina Point, an overwater resort on Ambergris Caye, is listed at $2.1M USD. The featured listing uses that same price and the sale scope published for the resort: 9 hotel keys, The Mayan restaurant, docks, pool bar, sandbar, and 30% cabana management rights.
No license number is published on the brokerage site. The footer and the brokerage disclosure say licensing details are available by email at hello@pointrealtor.com. The about page says the listings page is the catalog, and concierge chat names a property only when that property is published.
